Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Optical Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eyewear and a solid ability to engage with customers, providing them with exceptional service while promoting our products. As an Optical Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing eyewear solutions to our valued customers while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting eyewear that suits their needs, style, and budget.
- Provide expert guidance on lens types, frame styles, coatings, and other optical products.
- Conduct basic eyewear adjustments and fittings to ensure comfort and proper alignment.
- Accurately process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges through the vision portal system.
- Contact patients to book and confirm their eye examination appointments.
- Assist the optometrist with patient pre-testing procedures.
- Maintain an organized, clean,



and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance.
- Assist in tracking inventory and restocking frames, lenses, and accessories.

Skills

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in Filipino and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of optical products, lens types, and frame styles
- Basic eyewear fitting and adjustment techniques
- Proficiency with vision portal systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Appointment scheduling and patient coordination skills
- Inventory management and restocking experience
- Ability to maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing workspace
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
