We are seeking a skilled, high-energy Server to join our front-of-house team." The Role As a Server at Zisis, you are the primary ambassador of our brand. You will be responsible for managing the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring that our high standards for service, speed, and Mediterranean hospitality are met consistently during high-volume periods. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery: Provide attentive, professional, and efficient table or counter service in accordance with Zisis’ operational standards. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our menu, including ingredients, allergens, and traditional Greek beverage pairings. Transaction Management: Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system while maintaining a secure and balanced till. Environmental Standards: Ensure the dining area remains pristine, organized, and welcoming at all times. Team Collaboration:



Communicate effectively with the kitchen and grill staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service. Candidate Requirements Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality or casual dining environment. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse guests professionally. Aptitude: A strong ability to multitask and prioritize duties during peak service hours.
