Job Summary

The Pharmacy Manager oversees pharmacy operations, supports safe medication practices, and coordinates services with the care team. This role helps ensure patients receive accurate, timely medication support and colleagues have clear, dependable pharmacy guidance.

Duties

- Coordinate daily pharmacy workflows, prioritize requests, and support consistent, accurate service.
- Review medication-related processes and records, identify issues, and follow established procedures to address them.
- Collaborate with clinicians and other colleagues to support patient care, communicate relevant medication information, and coordinate follow-up.
- Guide team members on workflow expectations and help maintain organized, responsive pharmacy operations.

Skills

Required:



Practical patient-care skills, familiarity with medical terminology, and the ability to support medication administration safely and communicate clearly with care teams. Robust organization and attention to detail help maintain accurate records and dependable workflows. Preferred: Hospital experience, acute care experience, and familiarity with pediatrics are valuable strengths for supporting varied patient needs. Pay: $43.57-$74.61 per hour
