Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance




- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with professional cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Valuable physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Reliable and punctual with excellent teamwork skills
