Prime Movers Rigging and Industrial Services is a trusted leader in heavy equipment moving, machinery relocation, and industrial rigging. We’re looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to assist and support in day to day operations.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with the placement and organization of execution crews and assets.
- Support Operations and Project Management Department
- Act as the key point of contact with clients and project managers.

What We're Looking For

- Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support to the front-line execution team, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee planning activities within the region, ensuring operational objectives and departmental goals are achieved.
- Dedicated experience providing customer service in a similar work environment.
- Lead the ongoing development of crew members and execution leaders.
- Well organized, an excellent communicator and have a keen sense of timeliness.
- Implement strategies that optimize network balance, efficiency, and service performance.
- Problem Resolution: Working on behalf of both the Crew and the Company to resolve any day-to-day issues that may arise.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, communication, problem solving and planning abilities.
- Able to quickly adapt to changes, shift focus, meet deadlines,



and complete time-sensitive tasks
- Background in transportation dispatch/coordination or similar industry a bonus.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
