Job Summary

As a Barista/All Rounder, you’ll prepare and serve food and beverages, operate the POS, and provide friendly customer service. You’ll help keep service organized, accurate, and welcoming throughout the day.

Duties

- Prepare coffee and food items, follow food safety and food handling practices, and maintain a clean, orderly service area.
- Take orders, use POS systems including Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Serve customers, support food service, and assist with general front-of-house tasks as needed.
- Use time management and basic math to coordinate tasks, check orders, and keep service moving.
- Your impact: Attentive, accurate service helps customers enjoy a smooth visit and supports colleagues during busy periods.

Experience

Required: Practical customer service, serving, food preparation, food handling, food safety, basic math,



and cash-handling capabilities support safe, accurate daily service. Time management and confidence using a POS help you manage orders and payments efficiently. Preferred: Barista experience, food industry or food service experience, and familiarity with POS are advantageous; cashiering experience can also help you contribute across diverse service tasks.

AODA Certificate

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
