The Cleaning & Maintenance Technician helps keep facilities clean, orderly, and in good working condition. This hands-on role combines routine cleaning with basic facilities maintenance, supporting a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who uses the space.

Repin Inc. is looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can confidently handle both cleaning duties and basic handyman repairs.

Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver's licence and a reliable personal vehicle available for daily use.
- Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Hands-on handyman and general maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities may include:





- Cleaning and preparing rental units for new tenants.
- Performing general housekeeping and deep cleaning.
- Completing minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Patching, painting, and completing basic touch-ups.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues.
- Ensuring properties are clean, presentable, and ready for occupancy.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and can jump between cleaning duties and maintenance tasks as needed. If you're dependable, resourceful, and have experience in both areas, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
