Peg's Bistro is a build-your-own stir-fry restaurant in Winnipeg. We cook every bowl fresh for dine-in, takeout and delivery-app orders.

What you'll do:
- Cook stir-fry bowls to order on the grill, following our recipes and portions
- Keep up with dine-in, takeout and delivery orders (Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, DoorDash) during rushes
- Prep vegetables, proteins, sauces, noodles and rice, and follow the daily prep list
- Check orders for accuracy and quality before they go out
- Keep the grill and kitchen clean, organized and stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards

What we're looking for:
- Line cook or grill experience is an asset, but we'll train the right person
- Rapid, accurate and calm under pressure
- Reliable and on time
- Works well with a team and is open to feedback
- Available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Food Handler certification is an asset

Pay: $16.50/hour plus tips. Full-time, flexible shifts.
