Dominion Metal Frames Inc., Dominion Metal Frames Inc., a trusted provider of custom metal frame solutions in Edmonton, Alberta, is currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Fulltime -Temp— with the potential to transition into a full-time position to join our production team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and inspecting high-quality metal frames to meet customer specifications. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble metal frames and components following detailed blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions.

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, drill, and secure parts.

- Inspect and verify completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of production, materials used, and completed work.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve any assembly challenges.

- Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or material shortages to the supervisor.

- Participate in regular maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment.

Qualifications:





- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certifications in assembly or manufacturing is an asset.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.

Skills:

- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
