Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Filing Analyst to support the preparation, review, and submission of accurate regulatory filings. This role works with accounting, compliance, and operational teams to maintain reliable records, meet filing deadlines, and strengthen internal controls. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Responsible Duties

- Prepare, review, and coordinate regulatory filings, including submissions through SEDAR+ and SEDI.
- Assist clients in meeting securities regulatory requirements and continuous disclosure obligations.
- Review, interpret, and monitor applicable securities regulations, regulatory updates, and stock exchange rules.
- Coordinate and disseminate press releases and other required public disclosures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of regulatory filings, compliance activities, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and maintain board and committee governance documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure regulatory deadlines and filing requirements are met.
- Communicate regulatory requirements and compliance expectations to clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from securities regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential compliance risks and assist in implementing appropriate corrective measures.




- Support the development and improvement of regulatory filing procedures, internal controls, and compliance processes.
- Perform other regulatory compliance and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with regulatory filing on SEDAR+, SEDI, EDGAR, LINX, CSE is required.
- Solid knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and applicable Regulatory Requirements in Canadian capital markets and securities regulations.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret complex regulatory guidance, assess compliance risks, and review detailed filings and governance documents.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written documentation and professional verbal interaction with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
- Foundational understanding of financial reporting, and how regulatory obligations relate to issuer financial disclosures.
- Post-secondary education in Law, Finance, Business, Accounting, , or a related field; professional designations (e.g., paralegal, securities or compliance certifications) are an asset.
- Experience working with public or pre-public companies, corporate governance, or securities filings
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
