Position Title: Rep Development Program Soccer Coach - Female
Position Term: Part time on-going
Salary Range: Hourly ($25-$40) Depending on qualifications
Reports To: Technical Director and Sports Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Support all Club Programs and Initiatives Attend all Club Educational Events.

- Communicate with Technical Director and Sports Coordinator.

- Support and promote MSC, Ontario Soccer and Canada Soccer Player Development

- Execute training curriculum delivery

- Continue to develop and expand the existing Skill curriculum

- Communicate with players of all age groups and parents throughout the sessions.

- Provide a written evaluation to each participant after the last session.

- Act as a member of the club’s technical staff.

- Attend all club educational events and program meetings

- Attend all meetings with the Technical Director

- Understanding of long term player development and how it affects player development

- Strong interpersonal,



communications (written and verbal) and presentation skills

- Ability to relate to young players and parents

- Ability to work weekends and evenings

- Execute training curriculum delivery

- Oversee and participate in the program

Certification Requirements:

- Minimum National C License

- Age-appropriate OS Coaching Certification

- Respect in Sport

- Making Head Way

- Canada Active Start

- FUNdamentals

- Learn to Train

- Making Ethical Decisions

* Must be able to successfully pass a police background/reference check.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M4W 2Y3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- coaching soccer: 3 years (required)
- coaching youth sports: 2 years (required)

Language:

- English (required)
