Absolute Fitness for Women is hiring Group Fitness Instructors who are enthusiastic, dedicated and professional!

Role:

Instructors will have experience (or a willingness to learn) in one or more of the following class formats:

- Agile Barbell
- Spin
- Low Impact
- Cardio Kickboxing
- Various Cardio & Strength Formats
- Step Aerobics

Availability:

Early & Mid-Morning, evening, and weekend availability required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A group fitness certification from a recognized organization.
- A passion for fitness and a desire to empower others.
- A current CPR certification or the ability to acquire certification within 90 days of hire.
- A minimum of 1 year experience teaching in a group fitness setting.

Responsibilities

- Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for participants.




- Demonstrate exercises and provide clear instructions to enhance understanding.
- Foster a positive atmosphere through effective communication and customer service.
- Manage class schedules and time efficiently to accommodate participants.
- Maintain CPR certification and adhere to safety protocols during sessions.
- Encourage and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals through leadership and support.
