Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, Experienced Barista/All Rounder to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various food service tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food industry, strong time management skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming workplace for customers.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures using POS system
- Assist with food preparation, food safety, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices at all times




- Support team members in daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment

Experience

- Previous barista experience is required
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures

Dishwashing/General Cleaning Duties

Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, clean/wash washrooms, take garbage to dumpsters, empty and clean garbage bins, clean windows, maintain merchandise clean and tidy. Avoid any cross contamination.

Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load bus pans and trays

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
