Brian Jessel BMW, celebrating 40 years of automotive excellence, is seeking an experienced and dynamic New Car Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

Recognized as Western Canada's #1 BMW dealership for 30 consecutive years, we have built our reputation on exceptional customer experiences, strong leadership, and a passion for the BMW brand.

We are looking for a motivated leader who brings fresh ideas, inspires people, builds lasting customer relationships, and has a proven ability to deliver outstanding sales results.

Your Opportunity

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing new vehicle sales team.
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and mentor sales professionals while fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
- Oversee sales operations, inventory performance, and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, Marketing, and other departments to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Support business development, dealership events, and initiatives that strengthen our presence in the luxury automotive market.

What We're Looking For

- Proven automotive sales management experience, preferably within a luxury dealership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- A successful track record in sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and business development.
- A valid BC driver's licence and VSA licence, or eligibility to obtain the required licensing.

- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday

- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday
