Phoenix Rehab & Holistic Health Centre (加康醫療) is hiring a Registered Massage Therapist for our multidisciplinary clinic on Boundary Road in Burnaby, serving patients from Burnaby and Vancouver. Pick the sessions you want, and let our front desk handle booking, billing and ICBC paperwork so you can focus on treatment. New graduates and experienced RMTs are both welcome. Pay: CA$90-CA$105 per booked treatment hour, depending on experience, availability and the agreed practice arrangement. This is a contractor (revenue-share) opportunity. The rate applies to booked patient treatment time, not every hour spent at the clinic. Earnings depend on completed bookings; a full caseload and a guaranteed hourly wage are not offered. Your schedule Treatment sessions are available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., every day of the week. Choose part-time or full-time sessions within those hours; you do not need to cover every day, and we agree your schedule together. What you will do - Assess patients and provide registered massage therapy within your scope and CCHPBC standards. - Agree on care plans and home-care advice with each patient, with clear informed consent. - Treat private-pay, extended health and eligible ICBC patients. - Keep clear, timely clinical notes in Jane. - Work alongside physiotherapy, chiropractic, kinesiology, acupuncture and counselling colleagues when appropriate and with patient consent. What you will bring - A current massage therapy licence with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC),



or eligibility to obtain it before you start seeing patients. - Professional liability insurance that meets current CCHPBC requirements. - Authorization to work in Canada. - Transparent spoken and written English for patient communication and charting. - A patient-centred, dependable and collaborative approach. Nice to have (not required) - Mandarin or Cantonese. - Experience with ICBC patients, sports or deep tissue massage, or a multidisciplinary rehab clinic. - Familiarity with Jane. Clinic support - Front-desk support for scheduling, reminders, billing and patient questions. - Jane online booking and electronic charting. - ICBC coordination and extended health direct-billing support. - Multidisciplinary colleagues and opportunities for appropriate internal referrals. - Equipped treatment rooms and free on-site parking.
