Transam Carriers is an asset-based carrier running 140+ trucks on fixed lanes across Canada and the U.S. We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to bring new shippers onto the lanes we run every week.

What you'll do

- Prospect and qualify new shippers by phone, email and LinkedIn
- Focus on our core lanes: Ontario–Western Canada, Ontario–U.S. Midwest and the Northeast
- Book discovery calls, prepare quotes with dispatch, and close first loads
- Keep your pipeline and activity up to date and hit weekly targets
- Hand new accounts to our Account Manager once they're shipping regularly

What you bring

- 1+ years of B2B outbound sales; freight or logistics experience is an asset
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and hearing "no"
- Competitive, persistent, organized
- Excellent phone and written communication; a second language is an asset
