Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience by answering questions, demonstrating products, and helping them choose suitable options. You’ll contribute to an organized, welcoming sales floor and smooth checkout experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers, listen to their needs, provide attentive service, give custom solutions and close sales.
- Explain product features, conduct demonstrations, and use consultative sales and upselling techniques, including for technology products.
- Maintain merchandising displays, monitor product presentation, and keep the sales area organized.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, handle cash, and complete basic math accurately while managing time and phone inquiries professionally.

Skills

Required: Clear communication, customer service, retail sales, sales, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS operation, merchandising, time management, organizational skills, and phone etiquette support effective daily work. Preferred: Multilingual or bilingual communication and technology sales experience, including product demonstrations, are valuable strengths for assisting a wider range of customers and explaining technical products confidently.

Pay: $3,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
