We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our Snow Removal Sidewalk & Hand Crew for the upcoming winter season.

This is a seasonal, on-call position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are dependable, and can respond to changing winter weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate snow removal equipment, including sidewalk tractors, snow blowers, and hand shovels.
- Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas.
- Apply salt and ice-melting products as required.
- Complete assigned routes efficiently while meeting company quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, hours worked, and material usage.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Follow all company safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving abstract required.
- Previous snow removal experience is an asset but not required.




- Must be available on-call 24/7 and able to respond within 1 hour, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold temperatures and challenging winter conditions.
- Physically capable of shovelling, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job tracking and communication.
- Must have appropriate warm, weatherproof clothing and winter footwear.

Work Schedule

This is a seasonal, weather-dependent, on-call position running approximately November 15 to April 120th. Hours vary based on snowfall and weather conditions and may include overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
