We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team.
Jewellery experience is welcome, but it is not required. We are especially interested in people who have experience in a sales-driven environment and enjoy working toward goals while providing excellent customer service.
If you have worked in jewellery, luxury retail, automotive sales, furniture, telecommunications, fashion, electronics, or another performance-based sales environment, we would like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs, preferences, and budget
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers
- Develop strong knowledge of our jewellery and products
- Work toward individual sales targets
- Follow up with customers and help develop repeat business
- Maintain a qualified and welcoming store setting
- Process sales accurately
- Work together with the rest of the team to achieve store goals
Compensation & Incentives

In addition to your base salary wage, you will have the opportunity to earn additional sales incentives based on your individual performance.
Our incentive system is designed to be clear and performance-focused: as your sales performance grows, so does your earning opportunity.
The base wage is not replaced by the incentive. The incentive provides additional earning potential.
