We are looking for a reliable, motivated Pharmacy Assistant who is ready to contribute to our team and help us continue delivering excellent service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Prescription Support: Count pills, measure liquids, package medications, and apply labels under pharmacist supervision.
- Data Entry & Processing: Enter patient information and prescription details into pharmacy software, and process insurance claims or billing.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves, monitor stock levels, order supplies, and remove expired or unused medications.
- Customer Service: Greet patients, handle drop-offs and pickups, answer phone inquiries,



and assist with over-the-counter product questions.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain patient records, handle cash register transactions, and file pharmacy paperwork.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated pharmacy environment, with demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription processing, and patient service. Senior and highly experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with prescription processing, dispensing, and workflow management.
- Experience with third-party billing and insurance adjudication.
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing.
- Professional proficiency in English
