Machine Operator Trainee

Location: Ontario, Canada
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $17.95/hour
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report production or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
- Assist with general production and material-handling duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 30-35 lbs.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not required.




- Willingness to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
- Comfortable performing physical and repetitive work.
- Ability to lift up to 30-35 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Safety shoes are mandatory.
