Overview

The Reach Operator supports warehouse distribution operations in Bolton by safely moving, storing, and retrieving products throughout the facility. This hands-on role uses powered equipment and warehouse systems to help maintain accurate inventory and meet order fulfillment needs. Training may be provided on site-specific procedures and equipment.

Shifts Available
2:30pm to 11pm

Responsibilities

- Operate reach trucks and other authorized equipment to move, stage, and store products safely.
- Pick orders, replenish locations, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Use a warehouse management system to review tasks, record movements, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Inspect equipment before use and report damage, hazards, or maintenance needs.
- Keep work areas organized and follow warehouse safety and handling procedures.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and other warehouse distribution tasks as needed.
- Lift and move products, including heavier items,



using safe handling practices and equipment when appropriate.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse distribution or order-picking experience is preferred.
- Experience operating a reach truck is a must.(Minimum 1 years)
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to identify equipment issues are helpful.
- Basic math skills for counting, checking quantities, and verifying product information.
- Ability to follow instructions, use a warehouse management system, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including standing, walking, and heavy lifting, with protected practices.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
