Job Overview

The shop supervisor coordinates daily shop-floor activity, supporting protected, organized manufacturing and assembly work. This role connects production priorities with supply chain needs, quality control, and practical process improvement, helping teams deliver consistent work and respond effectively to changing requirements.

Duties

- Coordinate shop-floor workflows, assign priorities, and support team members with day-to-day production needs.
- Monitor assembly and manufacturing processes, reinforce quality control practices, and address workflow issues promptly.
- Use SAP and other ERP systems, including MRP tools, to review production information and coordinate materials with supply chain partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous improvement, applying lean manufacturing principles where appropriate.
- Your impact: Clear coordination helps colleagues keep work moving and meet production needs consistently.

Experience

10 Plus experience with steel & Alum fabrication

CWB supervisor is MUST qualification

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
