- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including social media, online platforms, and local advertising
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress using administrative tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining clear communication throughout the process




- Collaborate with property management teams, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and compliance with regulations

Requirements

- Proven experience in negotiation, sales, or customer service roles with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and property management practices is highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple listings and client files
- Previous administrative experience supporting real estate operations or related fields is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
