Position Summary

Supplynow is looking for a motivated and energetic Warehouse Associate who wants more than just a typical warehouse role. This position plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly while supporting our growing customer base across Ontario.





The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and coordinating our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) orders. This role offers hands-on exposure to many aspects of our business including logistics, customer service, inventory planning, and operational problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities including preparing outbound shipments, verifying inbound deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate and potential perform Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) restocking at customer locations, ensuring products are replenished on time and inventory levels remain optimized.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and well-organized warehouse environment that supports efficient workflow.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to prevent shortages, backorders, or overstock situations.
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
- Support deliveries and customer service activities when required.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid Ontario G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for VMI restocking and deliveries).
- Experience with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) or consignment inventory programs is considered an asset.
- Forklift and stacker experience required.
- Ability to safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs, including walking and regularly navigating stairs when making deliveries or restocking inventory.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
