Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team and provide essential home care services. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment (if necessary).
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required.
- Provide light housekeeping services, such as laundry and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medications as directed (if certified and required).
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical and mental health to the appropriate supervisor.




- Follow individualized care plans to meet clients' specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate program.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to provide a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for others.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes (if required).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
