RK Motors is a growing pre-owned automotive dealership located in Langley, BC. We are looking for motivated, confident, and results-driven Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team and help grow our business.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy sales, communicating with customers, and building their income based on performance. We are looking for people who take initiative, are comfortable generating their own leads, and are eager to succeed in the automotive industry.

Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but we are open to training the right candidates who have the right attitude and work ethic.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Generate your own sales leads through Facebook Marketplace, social media, online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Create and manage vehicle listings to attract potential buyers and generate customer inquiries.
- Respond promptly to dealership-provided leads, phone calls, online inquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain communication to convert leads into sales.
- Present vehicles, explain features, and arrange test drives.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Negotiate professionally and work toward closing deals.
- Assist customers with trade-ins and vehicle financing inquiries.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide a positive buying experience.
- Stay informed about dealership inventory, vehicle features, and pricing.
- Take initiative in finding new customers and developing effective sales strategies.
- Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to the growth of RK Motors.

- Ability to generate leads independently, especially through Facebook Marketplace and social media.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred.
- Previous sales or automotive dealership experience is an asset but not required.

No automotive sales experience? No problem. We are willing to consider candidates who are motivated, coachable, and ready to learn.
