Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Maintenance Supervisor to lead our food manufacturing maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across manufacturing facilities. Your leadership will ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong mechanical and electrical expertise to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Supervise daily maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning
- Oversee troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, boiler, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), and low voltage systems
- Coordinate projects related to equipment upgrades or installations, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Preventative maintenance planning and documentation. Manage maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all maintenance activities

Requirements





- Proven management and supervisory experience within manufacturing or industrial maintenance settings
- Robust project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance environments. Multi-Vac equipment knowledge is huge asset.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and team coordination
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
