We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Closing Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The Line Cook will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food service and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented properly before serving
- Follow sanitation procedures for kitchen equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and the food industry standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
