Daisy's Cookie Baker (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cookie Baker to join our newly branded cookie shop. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys both cookie production and creative recipe development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake cookies to company recipes and quality standards
- Assist with cookie dough preparation, mixing, portioning, and baking
- Create new cookie recipes and flavor concepts
- Develop weekly feature cookies and seasonal specials
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and product quality
- Manage inventory and help reduce product waste
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Keep the baking area organized, clean, and efficient

Qualifications:

- Previous baking experience required, preferably in a bakery, café, or dessert concept
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes and flavor combinations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bakery supplies as needed
