Join our dynamic team as a Work from Home Sales Representative on a full-time basis! In this energetic and fast-paced role, you will leverage your sales expertise to engage with customers, understand their lawn care needs, and recommend the services that are right for them, all from the comfort of your home. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success.

Paid training will be provided. This is a commission-based position. Based on sales performance, representatives typically earn approximately $20.00–$25.00 per hour.

Position Summary:

The Outbound Sales Representative (Virtual Sales Agent) will work under the direct supervision of the Virtual Sales Management Team.

The agent will be calling our franchise territories across Canada that we own and operate, be responsible for identifying the customer’s service needs and selling them a program that fits those needs.

There will be extensive online training and one on one coaching on an ongoing basis.

- All training is part time to start.
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST. Weekends, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, from the end of January to the end of June, and as needed.
- All calling hours are based on Eastern Time (EST), as we call customers across Canada.
- Saturdays 10-6pm EST mandatory during peak season (Jan-end of June, and as needed) 6 days per week.
- Will be called from an Ontario Number if considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Call potential customers to sell them various services that meet their needs (Leads are provided - NO COLD CALLING involved).
- Call existing customers to up-sell or renew their services (no manual dialing).




- Meet or exceed the number of required daily sales and customer decisions.
- Enter customer order information into the customer database.

Requirements:

- Must have high speed DSL Internet connection or higher, a computer with Windows 10 or higher operating system (no mac or chrome book), web cam for daily meetings
- Cell phone with a Canadian number to connect to dialer as an audio path only, this does not use your personal minutes or data, does not display your personal phone number to customers, and does not incur any charges.
- Previous experience in a similar inbound/outbound sales position is considered an asset
- Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
