About PVS SnowLand

Prestige View Services (PVS) is a veteran-owned property care company based in Petawawa. Our snow division, PVS SnowLand, clears residential driveways and commercial lots across Petawawa and Pembroke. We are building our snow team for the 2026/27 winter and want operators who take pride in clean, reliable work.

The Role

You will run one of our tractors (front plow and rear snowblower) on an assigned snow route, working zone by zone through residential driveways and commercial properties.

What You Will Do

- Run your assigned route in the order dispatched, clearing driveways, lots, road access and fire exits

- Clear cleanly and carefully, with no damage to lawns, curbs, vehicles or property

- Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment checks, fuel up, and report any damage or issues right away

- Clock in and out and log completed stops in our job app

- Take photos when required for quality control

- Work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays when it snows

What We Are Looking For

- Experience operating a tractor, skid steer, loader or similar equipment (snow clearing experience is a big plus)

- Valid Ontario G licence and a clean driving record (driver abstract required)

- On call and reliable all season. When it snows, you show up.

- Comfortable working on your own in cold, dark and stormy conditions

- Mechanically handy is an asset

- Must be 21 or older

Pay and Schedule

- $22 to $28 per hour based on experience and skill

- Seasonal: November to April, on call around snowfall. Hours vary with the weather, typically 12 to 40+ hours per week during active storms

- Solid performers get first call for next season and the chance to stay on year-round with our lawn care and exterior cleaning divisions

Why PVS

- Well-maintained equipment and clear routes, with a daily game plan so you are never guessing

- A real path to grow into crew lead and supervisor roles as we expand
