JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a part-time farm worker!
Do you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors and a variety of tasks? Join our team and take part in the farm’s activities. Our field crops are grown organically.
Main duties:
- Operate the tractor and farm equipment;
- Plant crops and help with harvesting;
- Help maintain the fields and carry out organic crop production tasks;
- Perform various tasks in the sugar bush;
- Maintain farm buildings and carry out minor repairs;
- Help with other farm tasks according to seasonal needs.
What we are looking for:
- An interest in agriculture and outdoor work;
- Practical skills and attention to quality;
- Ability to work independently, reliability and organizational skills;
- Commitment to following safety procedures;
- Experience in agriculture or tractor operation is an asset.
