We are seeking a talented and personable Hairstylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling and delivering exceptional customer service. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing professional haircuts, color treatments, styling, and consultations, ensuring clients leave satisfied and confident. Duties

- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable styles and products.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients professionally to ensure a positive experience and foster repeat business.
- Upsell retail products that complement client needs and enhance their overall look.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments,



greeting clients, and handling payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desires and educate them on hair care options.
- Keep the salon environment organized, welcoming, and compliant with safety standards.

Experience

- Previous experience as a hairstylist, training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and blow-drying, perming
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty salons.
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining excellent communication skills.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus.
- We work on a level system for commission based pay, or minimum wage whatever is greater
