Job Overview

- We are seeking a dependable Janitor/Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly facility.
- The role includes routine cleaning, light maintenance, and support for day-to-day facilities maintenance.
- Work may take place in offices, shared spaces, restrooms, and other commercial areas. Training and cleaning supplies will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, empty waste and recycling bins, and replenish supplies.
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks using appropriate products and equipment.
- Follow cleaning schedules and facility procedures to maintain consistent standards.
- Identify spills, damage, supply shortages, or other safety concerns and report them promptly.
- Complete basic maintenance tasks, such as replacing consumable supplies and keeping cleaning equipment in good working order.




- Maintain organized storage areas and use cleaning products safely.

Qualifications

- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products, and basic facilities maintenance is an asset.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Able to follow instructions, safety procedures, and established cleaning routines.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing routine physical tasks during a shift.

Pay: $22.00-$27.03 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 44.0 per week
