Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, friendly, gentle, patient centered, skilled and dedicated RDH to join our wonderful and respectful team. We have a professional but happy and relaxed work environment with plenty of chocolate and other snacks. We are a small privately owned downtown clinic. Hours: Mon-Thu 8:15-4:15 (1/2 hr lunch). Applications will be held in strict confidence.

Responsibilities:

-Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
- Provide gentle, patient-centered hygiene therapy, oral health education and OHI.
- Take digital radiographs.
- Chart and record accurate records and planned treatment.
- Book next re-care appointment and decide on units required.
- Help where and when needed. Sterilization.

Requirements: take initiave, self start, think ahead, critical think, team play

- Valid dental hygiene license and liability insurance in [BC]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate, gentle care to all patients.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.




-A kind and considerate team player who loves to have fun yet be professional.
- Familiarity with Power Practice dental software, Cadi digital x-rays, and experience is an asset.

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
