Job Summary
Velocity-West Autogroup is looking for a motivated, results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team at Moose Jaw Nissan. This role suits someone who likes building relationships, giving customers an excellent experience, and reaching sales goals in a fast-paced dealership.

As a Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through buying a vehicle, figure out what they need, and suggest options that fit them. You'll also help promote the dealership online by creating vehicle photos and social media content, and you'll represent the Velocity-West brand professionally and with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
- Know our new and used vehicles well, including their features and financing options
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and past customers to make the most of every sales opportunity
- Lead vehicle walk-arounds, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales while keeping customer satisfaction high
- Take high-quality photos and short videos of new and pre-owned inventory for the dealership website, online listings, and marketing
- Keep vehicle photos accurate and up to date so new arrivals are online quickly
- Create and post engaging content on the dealership's social media channels, such as new arrivals, customer deliveries, promotions, and community events




- Respond to comments and messages on social media and pass inquiries along as sales leads
- Work with the marketing team to follow brand guidelines and support campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with management, finance, and marketing teams to reach dealership goals
- Keep up with automotive industry trends and competitors' offerings

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for business
- A valuable eye for photography and video; experience with smartphone photography or basic editing apps is an asset
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
