Duties

- Welcome customers, ask thoughtful questions, explain product features, and demonstrate furniture and mattress options.
- Recommend suitable products, answer questions, and use appropriate upselling to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions using POS systems, handle cash, complete basic math, and provide courteous cashiering.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize the sales area, manage time effectively, and respond to phone inquiries with professional etiquette.
