What Are We Looking For?

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Representative who will strive to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within our areas of current distribution. The successful candidate must have 7+ years of Sales experience in the produce industry.

What Will You Mainly Do?

- Personally research, contact and secure new business
- Visit existing accounts in assigned territories to identify opportunities for growth
- Present new products to existing large-volume accounts in order to leverage our current business
- Communicate daily with potential customers and provide assistance where required
- Prioritize, fulfill, or delegate as applicable all customer requests
- Complete required paperwork on a daily basis including locations visited, customer complaints and feedback (KPIs)
- Attend monthly sales meetings
- Provide weekly recaps to the senior management team
- Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up
- Maintain professional,



team relationships with co-workers and customers

Job Terms

- Job Type: Permanent Full-time
- Probationary Period: 3 months or 480 hours, whichever longer
- Primary Report Location: Mississauga, ON
- Shift Requirement: Day shift, Monday - Friday
- Compensation: TBD, depends on experience
- Benefits: Group Perks entitlement upon completion of probation time

What Do We Prefer?

- 7+ years of Sales experience in the produce sector
- Understanding of sales positioning and sales tactics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise and competence in sales program administration and implementation
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- General knowledge of GTA maps and routes
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficient
- College diploma or Degree
