Whether it's providing technical information on a specific product, obtaining a quote, or making a purchase, we're here to help with every step of the way!

As our Architectural Sales Representative, you will:

- Assist with Sales Team with product quotations
- Liaise with product distributors and manufacturers
- Handle customer service inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Negotiate and apply discounts to distributor’s quotations
- Review and process changes to customer quotations
- Communicate with outside sales representatives, offering sales support and backup during absences
- Be adept to all technical product information
- Provide product availability and delivery to distributors
- Follow-up on quotations to secure jobs
- Data entry and other miscellaneous tasks, as needed

As our Architectural Sales Representative, you must have:

- A College / University degree in related field
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Office; especially in Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent fluency in English
- Exceptional accuracy with superior written abilities including grammar and proofreading
- Professional demeanor and trustworthy, in order to deal with confidential information
- Reliable self-starter who can work independently or as a team member
- Must be able to perform under tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and manage several projects
- Strong analytical, organizational,



prioritization and time management skills
- Knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent is considered an asset
- Bilingual English/French is considered an asset
- Prior customer service is considered an asset
- Ability to work in-person out of our corporate office 5 days a week
