Job Overview

We are a kitchen and cabinet company looking for a motivated, independent sales representative to help grow our customer base and develop new business opportunities.

This is an outside sales role. We do not operate a traditional showroom, so the successful candidate will focus on finding new customers, building relationships and selling our kitchen products directly to homeowners, builders, contractors and designers.

The position is commission-based.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business and develop your own client network.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with homeowners, builders, contractors and designers.
- Meet with prospective clients, present our products and close sales.
- Follow up on quotes and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production and delivery.

Qualifications

- Robust communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.




- Ability to generate leads and develop business relationships.
- Kitchen, cabinetry, construction or home renovation experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.

Compensation

Commission-based compensation tied to the profitability of completed sales. Earnings are uncapped and increase with sales performance.

The commission structure will be discussed transparently during the hiring process.
