Position: Full Cycle Dispatcher
Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years dispatch experience
Specialization: FTL & LTL
Salary: Discussed based on experience and qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on FTL & LTL dispatch experience
- Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, routing, scheduling, and load planning
- Experience booking and managing shipments
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate with drivers, customers, and brokers
