We are expanding our dental hygiene program and looking for an organized, personable Dental Hygiene Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will help patients stay on track with their recommended dental care, coordinate our hygiene schedule, manage insurance predeterminations, and support our administrative team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, takes initiative, and follows through.
What we’re looking for:
- Dental reception or dental administration experience preferred.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance claims and predeterminations.
- Dentrix experience is an asset.
- A warm, confident telephone manner and comfort making proactive patient calls.
- Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
- The ability to manage priorities, work independently and contribute to a supportive team.
- A respectful,
patient-focused approach to discussing recommended care and financial questions.
