Servers provide attentive hospitality by welcoming guests, taking orders, and coordinating food and beverage service. This role combines accurate order entry, thoughtful guest services, and efficient teamwork to create a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and provide friendly, attentive customer service throughout each visit.
- Enter orders accurately using a POS system, including Micros POS when applicable; communicate requests clearly to kitchen colleagues.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, check guest satisfaction, and suggest relevant additions through considerate upselling.
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain clean, sanitary service areas while following food safety and food handling practices.

Skills

Required: Bring customer service, time management, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, and careful attention to food safety and sanitation to daily service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, food preparation, or kitchen experience can support confident hospitality, accurate POS use, and responsive guest services.

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
