Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Baler Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the baler machine, handling recyclable or waste materials, maintaining a clean work area, and following all safety and Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the baler machine safely and efficiently.
- Collect, sort, and compress materials for disposal or recycling.
- Load and unload materials as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all GMP, workplace safety, and company procedures.
- Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow instructions from supervisors and report any equipment issues.
- Assist with general duties as required.

Requirements





- Must be willing to obtain a Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Previous experience operating a baler is an asset.
- Must follow GMP and all workplace safety guidelines.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform the duties of the job.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work the required schedule.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday
- Must be available to work the required shifts.

Interested candidates must be willing to learn, follow safety procedures, and maintain GMP standards at all times.

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
