Overview

Gee Tee Holdings Inc. is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Construction Manager and VP of Operations, the position will oversee day-to-day construction operations, crews, equipment, and jobsites. During the winter season, the position will also oversee our snow removal drivers and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise and coordinate construction crews and daily work activities.

· Coordinate equipment, trucks, materials, and jobsite schedules.

· Provide direction and support to operators and drivers.

· Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

· Communicate with customers, contractors, and management as required.

· Ensure employees follow Gee Tee safety policies and procedures.

· Assist with employee training and address performance or jobsite concerns.

· Monitor equipment needs and report maintenance requirements.

· During winter, coordinate snow removal drivers, routes, schedules, equipment, and changing priorities.

· Respond to operational issues and help ensure snow removal services meet customer expectations.





QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous construction supervisory or foreman experience.

· Strong knowledge of construction operations and equipment.

· Experience leading and coordinating crews.

· Robust communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Safety-minded with a positive, team-oriented approach.

· Class 1 or Class 3 licence with air endorsement is an asset.

· Heavy equipment and snow removal experience are assets.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
