About Country Heritage Park
Country Heritage Park (CHP) is an 80-acre agricultural and heritage destination in Milton, Ontario. Operated by the Country Heritage Agricultural Society, a charitable non-profit organization, CHP offers a unique setting for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and community gatherings.
Beyond events, CHP delivers hands-on educational programming in agriculture, food, farming and skilled trades. Revenue from events plays an important role in supporting these programs and maintaining our historic property.
We are growing our events business and building the internal structure, processes and team needed to support that growth.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an outgoing, motivated and sales-minded individual who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and turning opportunities into confirmed bookings.
This position is ideal for someone who can confidently sell an event experience, conduct engaging venue tours, follow up with prospective clients and help grow CHP's wedding, corporate and private event business.
While event coordination is an important part of the role, our priority is finding someone with strong sales instincts who can generate bookings and contribute to revenue growth.
CHP is also in a period of growth and operational development. We are continuing to establish internal processes, strengthen our events team and improve how we deliver our services. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in an evolving environment, taking initiative and helping develop practical solutions along the way.
This is not a traditional hotel or banquet facility. CHP is a unique organization with multiple departments, historic buildings and a broader educational mandate. We are looking for someone who appreciates that difference and sees the opportunity in helping us grow.
