Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Bilingual (French/English) Claims Contract Attorney role on the team.

Pay Rate: $60.00/hour T4

Work Type: Remote - Quebec/Ontario

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM based off local time zone

Training Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EDT for first week

Duration: 6-month contract (with possible extension)

Position Summary:

We have an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. These are not eDiscovery document review positions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Analyzing claim documents
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel.
- Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.
- Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members.
- "Best-in-class” customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients.




- The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required.

- French/English Bilingual (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing)

Qualifications:

- JD from accredited law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
- Active law license in at least one Canadian jurisdiction
- Litigation experience preferred
- Class action and/or mass tort experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible
- Customer-service oriented
