Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Social Respite team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to neurodiverse children to engage in social activities in the community. This position requires a strong commitment to fostering a positive environment and promoting the well-being of each child.

Duties

- Provide one-on-one support to children in community setting, focusing on their individual needs.
- Assist in providing activities that promote early childhood development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging workplace where children feel valued and comfortable to be themselves.

Experience

- Previous experience working with children is essential; familiarity with neurodiversity and disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in providing support,



demonstrating the ability to engage and support children with disabilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for collaborating with children and Camp Leaders.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
