Machine Operator / Production Packer – Manufacturing

Infinite Outsourcing Solutions Inc. (IOS) is currently hiring Machine Operators and Production Packers for a manufacturing facility located in Keswick, Ontario.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, or packaging.

Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, operating and monitoring production equipment where assigned, inspecting finished products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient production processes.

Candidates with previous machine operating experience are encouraged to apply, as well as individuals with production, packing, or general manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Production

- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with preparing materials and batches for production lines.
- Follow established production procedures, batching instructions, and machine operating guidelines.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain production targets.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and routine production checks.
- Identify machine abnormalities, equipment malfunctions, and production issues.
- Report equipment concerns and production delays to the Shift Supervisor.
- Assist with production changeovers and general manufacturing activities.

Packing & Product Handling

- Inspect finished products for defects, damage, contamination, and quality concerns.
- Pack products according to established packaging instructions and customer specifications.
- Ensure accurate product quantities and proper stacking on pallets.
- Use measuring gauges and follow product-specific packing instructions where required.
- Remove defective or non-conforming products from the production process.




- Maintain consistent packing speed while meeting production and quality requirements.
- Assist with sorting, handling, and moving finished products and packaging materials.

Quality Control & Documentation

- Conduct regular product quality inspections to ensure manufacturing standards are met.
- Record production quantities, product weights, scrap, downtime, and quality-related information as required.
- Complete production logs, inspection sheets, and other required documentation accurately.
- Identify and report product defects or quality concerns.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established quality control procedures.
- Ensure finished products meet production and customer specifications.

Workplace Safety & Housekeeping

- Follow all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company safety procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including CSA-approved safety footwear, safety glasses, hearing protection, and other required PPE.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations.
- Follow sanitation, hygiene, and contamination-prevention procedures.
- Keep production areas, stacking locations, and forklift pathways clear.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, and workplace incidents immediately.
- Complete assigned housekeeping and end-of-shift cleaning duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, packaging, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Machine operating experience and mechanical aptitude are strong assets for Machine Operator positions.
- Experience working with production machinery or automated manufacturing equipment is an asset.




- Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and production processes.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to maintain consistent productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work attitude.
- Willingness to follow GMP, workplace safety, and company procedures.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Comfortable performing repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, push, pull, and handle manufacturing materials.
- Ability to lift and move products, boxes, and packaging materials within safe lifting limits.
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and production lines.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions.
